We are pleased to announce that our company participates at the 1^st International Exhibition and Fair HOSPITALITY EXPO CYPRUS, which will be organised on 25 – 27 January 2020 at the Cyprus State Fair premises in Nicosia. HOSPITALITY EXPO 2020 comprises a premium B2B fair targetting all professionals in the hospitality sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bars, Professional premises, Architects, Designers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineers, and others). HOSPITALITY EXPO Cyprus aims to open new paths for the re-definement, modernisation and further development of the Cyprus Hospitality Industry.

PHOEBE participates with the booth 639B in the Section 6Α: CONSTRUCTION - TECHNOLOGY - AUTOMATIONS , where we will showcase and demonstrate our Domognostics+ solutions for the real-time building monitoring and diagnostics. We are currently building a complete tool-kit for hotels and other large accommodation projects.

The Exhibition will host more than 100 companies/exhibitors from Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Libanon, the UK and the Netherlands across a variety of sections.

PHOEBE, in collaboration with our partner company EUROCY Innovations Ltd, organises a training workshop titled:

Operating a smart building in the hospitality/tourism sector – Training of Building Operators of the 21st century

The workshop will take place on Monday 27/01/2020, at 15.00 – 16.00. It mainly addresses Building owners, Building Operators/Facilitators/Engineers, Relevant Teachers/Educators, Automation companies/integrators, and so on.  

Description: Building Management Systems (BMS) and respectively operation of such systems exists for quite some time. However, there is now a growing demand for Internet-of-Things (IoT) enabled devices to be used in (smarter) building automation for optimal occupant comfort and energy savings. Being able to use variety of data and analyse and make sense out of it, creates opportunities for energy savings and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This workshop will introduce participants to a complete work-based training programme for operators of IoT-enabled smart buildings in the hospitality sector (https://smart-building-operator.eu/), using examples from PHOEBE DomognosticsTM monitoring and anomaly detection platform (https://phoebeinnovations.com/domognostics ). The training content has been prepared in the framework of the VET4SBO Erasmus+ project.
